Your appointment time is reserved for you. When a last-minute cancellation happens, that time often can't be offered to another patient who was hoping to be seen. Out of respect for our providers and patients on our waitlist, we ask that you follow the guidelines below.
24-Hour Notice
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives us time to offer the slot to another patient.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged 50% of the booked treatment cost.
- For pre-paid packages and series, a missed session without notice may count against the remaining sessions on your package.
Deposits
Some treatments — including injectable appointments and longer combined treatment visits — require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your treatment and are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Arrivals
We'll do our best to accommodate you if you're running late, but please call as soon as you know. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled so we can keep the rest of the day's appointments on time. A shortened session may be offered if time allows.
