Is Body Sculpting Safe

Is Body Sculpting Safe?

It’s vital to discuss any procedure you plan on doing with your primary physician before you do it! That being said, before any treatment we perform, we require a consultation with our nurses.

Our nurses are highly specialized individuals that are trained to screen patients before they undergo any procedure.

That being said, our body sculpting treatments carry the least risks overall. Body Sculpting uses heat to induce a natural process, so the risk is very low compared to surgical methods. There really isn’t even any downtime.

That being said, patients with weak kidneys or livers may not be ideal candidates for body sculpting, as the treatment increases the stress placed on these two organs.

Is truSculpt iD Safe

The truSculpt iD has been designed from a patient first mentality. This means that no effort has been spared in making sure that it is a comfortable treatment for the patient.

There’s typically no downtime after the procedure, although patients may be uncomfortable during the treatment. Side effects may include redness, swelling and/or tenderness in the area post treatment.

These side effects almost always resolve themselves after a few hours maximum.

During the procedure our nurses will be monitoring you as well to make sure there is no adverse reactions to the treatment.

Most people describe the treatment itself as feeling like a hot stone massage treatment. It’s really not that painful and most people find it therapeutic!

Body sculpting is most often 100% safe. But there are many types of body sculpting treatments and not all of them are as safe as the newest technology.

Is truSculpt FDA-Approved

Futhermore, it’s completely FDA compliant and the procedure itself has been FDA approved since 2019. Sine then, it has won multiple awards such as the Best Body Sculpting procedure award in Aesthetic Everything 2020.
